- Have your sponsor provide a pdf or a MS word doc with their text and also provide their logo.
- Open Canva and create a “custom size” of 300px x 300px
- Upload the image to Canva and place it on the blank canvas.
- right-mouse click on the image and choose “set as background”
- Name the image appropriately and download it as a .JPG (not as .png, as these are larger file sizes).
- Log in to WordPress, go to the dashboard > posts > create new post OR DUPLICATE TEMPLATE.
- Choose “Default Builder”
- Copy and paste the text from the sponsors provided document into the space provided.
- On the top right, choose “featured image” and upload the .jpg image you’ve sized in Canva.
- On the right-side menu, choose the appropriate category (ex: “this year’s sponsors”)
- Hit Save and you’re done!
